In 2009 The Neely Group was acquired by the Vantage Financial Group, Inc., a full-service insurance and financial services company located in Independence, Ohio.  As a result of the transaction, The Neely Group has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vantage and will operate in Grove City as The Neely Group, a Vantage Financial Group Company.
